Bryan Susor
Bryan Susor was born and raised on the east side of Toledo Ohio. Introduced to art at an early age through the works of his Grandfather (Clarence Susor), Bryan was inspired to follow in his Grandpa's footsteps and started his art education at Toledo Central Catholic. After graduation from high school, Bryan began a career in servicing and repairing home medical equipment while pursuing a college education. After studying biomedical electronics a couple of years at Owens Community College, Bryan transferred to Bowling Green State University in 1986 to study business administration part-time.
Seven years later, a business relationship brought him back to the world of art when he was encouraged to enroll in a glass blowing class just prior to graduation. After receiving his BSBA degree in 2002, Bryan continued to study glass blowing at BGSU for three more semesters. Currently Bryan is pursuing independent glass study at the Toledo Museum of Art. The museum just opened it's world class 76,000 square foot glass pavilion this year. For more information about the Toledo Museum of Art please visit www.toledomuseum.org
